Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at skiclub@shopmontees.com. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and simple instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at skiclub@shopmontees.com if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exchanges

Once your return is approved, we’ll help process your exchange quickly and seamlessly, subject to product availability.
